We can produce cast, machined and injection molded parts manufactured in China to your exacting requirements. The quality and durability of the products can meet British Standards such as BS 3288 and there are significant cost savings to be had.
China Cast Parts
STL has pattern making capabilities and can produce moulds in China to meet your specifications from the following materials and more:

The components can be galvanized in China or Powder coated depending on your requirements.
China Machined Parts
Using traditional single spindle and the latest CNC machines STL’s China engineers can manufacture high quality China components out of the following materials and more:

STL can work with either samples or convert even the most simple of cad drawings into 3D models which can then be converted into fully formed finished parts. The components can then undergo rigorous testing prior to the customer’s final approval. On processing your order and once Chinese mass production has commenced we can often refund the tooling fees.
